Right after payment you get a confirmation email with your tax invoice. The gift card then appears in Orders and is emailed to you — instantly in most cases, within 24 hours at most. Open the order and tap “Tap to reveal” to see the code and PIN.

We refund the cash and return any coins used, automatically. Cash refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days.

No. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, and delivered vouchers are non-refundable. If payment fails or you leave checkout, nothing is charged and reserved coins are released.

No. The price you see is the price you pay: no convenience or delivery charges. Discounts are applied before you pay, in Indian Rupees.

Cash refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary). Coins return to your loyalty account within minutes, at most 48 hours.

Report it within 7 days to support@giftbaaz.in with the order ID from your order page. After verification with the brand we issue a replacement code — delivered vouchers are not refunded.

Up to 90% of an eligible order (1 coin = ₹1). Some brands set a lower limit or don’t accept coins; daily and monthly limits also apply. Checkout always explains why coins were limited.

Coins are reserved when you start paying and deducted only after payment succeeds. If payment fails or you leave, the reservation is released automatically.

With your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. No password to remember; your account is created automatically the first time.

Codes are encrypted at rest and masked until you reveal them. Once revealed, treat the code like cash and never share it.

Go to Account → Request account deletion. We remove your account data within 30 days; order and invoice records are kept only as long as tax law requires.
