About these terms
These terms govern your use of Giftbaaz, operated by {{Your Company Private Limited}} ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older and have an Indian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your device and OTPs secure.
Gift cards
- Gift cards are issued by the respective brands or their authorised distributors and are subject to the brand's own terms shown on each product page.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded or resold.
- Vouchers are delivered instantly; in some cases delivery may take up to 24 hours. Once a code is delivered it is treated as used by you — keep codes private.
- Delivered vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Discounts shown are applied at checkout.
- You may pay up to 90% of an eligible order with SuperCoins; the rest is paid through our payment partner. Limits may apply per order, day and month.
- Coins are governed by the loyalty programme's terms. We only redeem coins with your consent and only for the order you place.
Cancellations and refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, and delivered vouchers are not refundable. The only automatic refund is when we cannot deliver your voucher within 24 hours of payment: the cash paid is refunded and any coins used are returned. Full details in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Prohibited use
No fraud, reselling at scale, automated purchasing, or use of another person's loyalty account. We may block accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at {{City}} have exclusive jurisdiction.
