Giftbaaz sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically.
How you receive your gift card
- In the app/website under Orders, immediately after payment.
- By email to the address on your account.
Delivery time
Vouchers are delivered instantly; in some cases (brand-side checks or manual issuance) delivery may take up to 24 hours. You receive a payment confirmation and tax invoice by email right away, and a second email with the code the moment it is issued. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, we refund you automatically. Delivered vouchers are non-refundable.
Delivery charges
There are no delivery charges.
